The Universiti Malaysia Terengganu or UMT, formerly known as Kolej Universiti Sains dan Teknologi Malaysia or KUSTEM, is a university in Kuala Nerus District, Terengganu, Malaysia. It was officially chartered on 1 February 2007. 

Institute of Tropical Biodiversity and Sustainable Development (BIO-D-TROPIKA) or formerly known as Kenyir Research Institute (IPK) was established at the end of 2013, led by Founding Director, Emeritus Professor Dr. Faizah Mohd Sharoum.

Since 1958, the U.S. Department of Education has continuously recognized SEAP as a Title VI National Resource Center. It is one of the world’s greatest concentrations of expertise on Southeast Asia.

Ketengah Jaya is a townships in Dungun District, Terengganu, Malaysia. It is located in area Paka, Dungun. This area is a concern under FELDA. The villagers are not native people. The main activity used to for the villagers are through oil palm plantation.
